About the Role

This leadership role is responsible for building, directing and mentoring a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Engineers.

  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that drives sales excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance in conjunction with sales leadership.
  • Establish best practices for commercial sales engineering to deliver exceptional technical support, solutioning and impactful product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, business and technical skills, deep product knowledge and a keen understanding of the local market and industry. They will play a key role in empowering our sales teams to achieve their goals through strategic technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy and execution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of commercial sales engineers.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align sales objectives and drive significant revenue growth.

This includes developing junior sales engineers, conducting compelling product demonstrations and designing innovative solutions that directly support our sales objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple pre-sales teams, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and promoting exceptional sales engineering skills.
