- Coordinate with US leadership and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- At least 1 year of prior US work experience.
- Strong familiarity with American business culture and real estate practices.
- Experience in project management, operations, or real estate coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with US real estate and business practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Remote collaboration experience with US-based teams.
- Understanding of US real estate workflows and vendor management.
- Full-time role based in DHA, Multan.
- Working hours may partially align with the US Central Time Zone.
- Laptop required.
