Sales Site Management Role Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced acquisition project manager to lead sales site management activities for an upcoming telecommunications project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising surveyors, compiling reports, communicating effectively with customers, and providing internal reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales site management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project
  • Supervise surveyors to ensure accurate and efficient site surveys
  • Compile and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including customer satisfaction and project progress
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales site management activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in sales site management with a reputable contractor/subcontractor for one or more mobile phone operators
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A hardworking and energetic attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering results
  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, and prior experience in sales site management with a reputable contractor/subcontractor for one or more mobile phone operators.
