Job Overview

This role is responsible for balancing workload and ensuring sustainable operations. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication: Delivering relevant, consistent, and useful information to internal customers.
  • Operational support: Ensuring smooth coordination and strong follow-up with product owners and other departments.
  • Development and re-engineering processes: Developing and re-engineering standardized departmental processes with focus on efficient execution, customer centricity, and improved time to market.
  • Information standardization approaches: Developing and ensuring availability of right information across all customer touchpoints by utilizing information management tools and techniques.
  • SLA and TAT review: Reviewing and developing SLAs and TAT within and across other departments of the organization for effective and efficient services.
  • Project management: End-to-end management of projects/special assignments (departmental/organization level).
Requirements:

Education

  • Masters or at least Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or Computer Science

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
