As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling incoming customer inquiries via various channels, providing accurate product information, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate product/service information to assist customers effectively.

  • Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer's issue and determining the best solution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are fully resolved.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (BPO or e-commerce preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Fluency in English (Urdu and other languages are a plus).
