Digital Marketing Specialist Role Overview
">This position is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. If you're passionate about performance marketing and love scaling campaigns with data-backed decisions, this role may be a good fit.
">- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage daily ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B tests to improve results, ensuring the best return on investment.
- Track conversions and KPIs using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide visuals and copy for ads, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform best practices to remain competitive in the industry.
Requirements:
">- At least 1 year of experience running paid ads on at least 2 major platforms (e.g., Meta & Google).
- A strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
- Basics knowledge of UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Creative thinking and ability to suggest ad content or improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
">- Experience with Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Understanding of sales funnels and retargeting strategies.
