About the Role

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.

They will also provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies, handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, and document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

In addition, they will follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily, collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience, and meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
