As a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base in the medical billing industry.

About this Job

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue cycle management (RCM) to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

You will present and promote medical billing services to prospective clients, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, and meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO)
  • A basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management
  • The ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
