Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant-SuccessFactors Payroll Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions to our clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Analyze client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, HR, and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent configuration and integration skills for payroll schemas, rules, and third-party systems.
  • Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, HR, and technical teams.
