Baker Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and ensure accuracy in all preparations.
  • Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and cakes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and other toppings, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, prioritizing the well-being of customers and colleagues.
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a genuine passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and recipes.
  • Able to follow recipes accurately, understand ingredient ratios, and measure correctly.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), demonstrating ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good time-management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, showing flexibility and adaptability.
