Position Overview: We are looking for a Revenue Development Officer to join our team at ZTA Education Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and success.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing and lead management.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:

MBA (Marketing) or Equivalent Qualification.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with team to meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

A confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
