Job Title

A Technical Solutions Specialist is needed to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Transportial OTMS for new clients, providing comprehensive training to end-users.
  • Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Transportial documentation.
  • Create and update support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales processes, conducting product demonstrations and assisting in proposal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in techno-functional roles or similar positions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in logistics or transport industries, is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) or other logistics software, familiarity with APIs, and basic understanding of software integration concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
