Business Development Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that align with client needs.

This role requires a motivated and results-driven individual who can lead generation and prospecting, client relationship management, sales strategy execution, market analysis, proposal writing, and collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, software development processes, and digital services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development processes, and digital services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
