This role involves acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships, and analyzing needs to maximize profits.

  • Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • Act as the primary contact for city-wide Client Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all Accounts in the portfolio.
  • Identify upcoming opportunities and challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Responsible for Quarterly Growth of all assigned Accounts.
  • Communicate progress of Weekly/Monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns etc.
  • Forecast and track key account Metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co-branding activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering strategy by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, lining up group-level support, and deploying processes & tools.
