Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master of Laws (LLM), preferably in commercial, corporate, or electronic data laws, from a recognized university. Foreign degrees require equivalence. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a legal officer/advisor for international projects. Knowledge of digital ID laws, legislations, PPP legal frameworks, World Bank regulations, and government requirements is also essential.
