Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our field projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all operational aspects of field projects, including personnel management, budgeting, and logistics
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and clients
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address operational challenges
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, international relations)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination and management
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
