Job Title: Professional Learning Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for staff members, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that cater to the diverse needs of staff members, focusing on topics such as classroom management, teacher-child interactions, and program planning.
  2. Staff Support: Provide guidance and coaching to new staff members, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their roles.
  3. Program Implementation: Collaborate with directors to ensure that all schools adhere to standardized procedures and best practices.
  4. Maintenance and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on schools to ensure compliance with maintenance and supply requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff members and directors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or training roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to design and deliver training programs, and experience with classroom management and teacher-child interactions.
