HR Manager

A skilled HR manager oversees the daily management of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel data accurately using SAP and other systems, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Coordinate employee development needs by creating annual training calendars and drafting relevant job descriptions.
  • Assist in developing performance indicators and aligning them with company goals.
  • Prepare strategic reports for management teams.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR department with proven track record of success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have proficiency in MS Office with hands-on experience in SAP being beneficial.
