Attendance Coordinator

Job Description

The Attendance Coordinator is a crucial role in ensuring the accurate tracking and management of working hours. This position requires a detail-oriented individual to monitor, record, and manage attendance data, ensuring compliance with schedules and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and record daily attendance and working hours in the company's time-tracking system.
  • Cross-check timesheets filled by employees with time logged on jobs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review discrepancies between budgeted time for each job and recorded time on a prescribed schedule.
  • Escalate and follow up discrepancies with managers for timely resolution.
  • Develop reports on non-productive activities and compare against submitted timesheets.
  • Prepare and share accurate timekeeping reports with management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, or workforce management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HRIS or time tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
