Key Accountabilities

We are a distributed startup that enables apps and agents to communicate with each other seamlessly. As a Solution Architect & Integration Specialist, you will be the technical point of contact for our customers after deal closure.

You will design solutions, analyze business processes, and build production-ready integrations that integrate into our customers' SaaS products. This role requires post-sales technical onboarding, mapping business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and automation flows.

  • Own post-sales technical onboarding: transform high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.
  • Map business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and automation flows.
  • Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.
  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off documents.
  • Provide customer feedback and reusable templates to product and engineering teams.
  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.

This role is ideal for someone with fluency in REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus). You should have 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS, and be comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.

A solid background in writing your own agent and code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc) are also required. A Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops) is preferred.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
