  • Work closely with leadership and teams to drive culture and morale, enhance productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Review and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR programs that support business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee engagement and relations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR COE teams and external partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and processes.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and thought leadership in the HR space.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 4 years in Business Partnering or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) highly desirable.
  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
