Job Description

We are seeking an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate to join our team as an HR Intern. The selected individual will contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture, integrity, and work-life balance.

The role involves coordinating with Service Line Managers and HRBPs to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria, conducting sourcing activities, and planning interview and selection procedures. You will assess candidate information, foster long-term relationships with past applicants, and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HR)

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, compensation, labor relations, and negotiation principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, stress management, and time management skills.
  • Confidence and influencing ability, including addressing groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prepare reports.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
