Client Service Partner

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.

As a Client Service Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from client due diligence and regulatory onboarding to automation and streamlining processes. You will also have the chance to engage with clients directly, providing them with high-quality support and advice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be able to positively influence stakeholders across the value chain, orchestrate and execute on processes, and deliver exceptional client service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform client due diligence and regulatory onboarding activities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes
  • Engage with clients directly, providing high-quality support and advice
  • Conduct checks on client data and output to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
