Job Title: Commercial Experience Executive
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Your primary focus will be on greeting and managing walk-in customers, developing a strong understanding of our CRM system, and providing top-notch services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome, guide, and manage walk-in customers from the floor
- Develop a basic understanding of our CRM system and related portals
- Handle customer inquiries at the experience center and provide exceptional services
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation
- Promote product upselling from the experience center
- Initiate initiatives to enhance customer experience and minimize wait/service times
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Manage customer retention and churn
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs for adherence/service/sales
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management and effective communication skills
- Individual with good sales and services expertise
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and email communication
- Telecom product knowledge and hands-on expertise in customer management systems
- Adept in stakeholder management for closure of action plans while ensuring standardization across the board
