We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to expand our presence in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving revenue growth and leading the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Draft compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
- Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
- Track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a clear understanding of software development and AI technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with international clients.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proficiency with bidding on Upwork and familiarity with other freelancing platforms.
