Sales Development Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage high-quality proposals and gig listings that showcase our service offerings
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities and align them with client requirements
  • Convert potential clients into long-term business relationships through effective follow-up and relationship-building strategies
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain and optimize profiles on freelance platforms to enhance visibility and client engagement
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about new niches and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales development or business development within the tech industry
  • Demonstrated success on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles, digital services, and client needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
