This is an exciting opportunity to lead our company's learning initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning methodologies, performance improvement practices, and leadership capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with company goals. They will conduct skills gap analyses, identify future learning needs, and lead the creation and delivery of leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.

A key aspect of this role will be partnering with department heads and senior management to ensure alignment of learning with strategic priorities. Additionally, the candidate will drive employee engagement and career development initiatives, oversee onboarding programs, and stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and LMS administration.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
