Key Operations Professional

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to support our Office Operations team. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses while maintaining accurate records.
  2. Assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload, following up to ensure completion using task management tools.
  3. Organize and prioritize incoming emails, responding or forwarding as needed, and maintain a tidy inbox and manage archives.
  4. Ensure smooth office operations by monitoring supplies, coordinating maintenance, and assisting in event planning.
  5. Analyze data to create accurate and relevant reports, present findings to the team, and manage software and data security.

Requirements include:

  • ACCA/ICMAP (Part-Qualified) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar domain, preferably in top audit or tax consultancy firms.
  • Skills & competencies include:
    • Self-motivated, energetic, responsible, confident, and proactive.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong time and task management skills.
    • High multi-tasking ability.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Solid knowledge of tax, accounting, and corporate standards and principles.
