Job Summary

This is a project-based job opportunity that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing business processes, creating functional specifications, conducting testing, and training user personnel.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and document current and future business process flows, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.

  2. Create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications & requirements documents to facilitate smooth project execution.

  3. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation to ensure the quality and consistency of our systems.

  4. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip user personnel with the necessary skills to effectively utilize our system.

  5. Analyze data conversion requirements and implement solutions to meet our business needs.

  6. Import new contacts into our CRM system from various sources, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.

  7. Maintain data validity and prevent duplication of contacts, upholding our standards for data integrity.

  8. Provide regular reports on tracked revenue, conversion rates, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

  9. Design and develop reports, forms, and other deliverables to support projects and tickets.

  10. Demonstrate exceptional self-motivation and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  11. Conduct an in-depth internal audit of our Salesforce system to identify areas for improvement.

  12. Pursue an extensive analysis of our Salesforce CRM to inform strategic decisions.
