Business Process Analyst - CRM

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst - CRM to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes using CRM automation, integration, and customization.

Responsibilities:
  • Crm Automation: Automate business processes using CRM workflows, customizations, and reporting.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • User Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Reporting: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Soft Skills：
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
