This role involves providing real-time customer support via chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
