Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing manager to drive business growth through innovative social media campaigns and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing national, regional, and local social media campaigns across owned and earned social channels, relevant paid media opportunities, and multiple digital screens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Lead social media research and optimization initiatives to improve traffic, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Create and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including press, social media, email marketing, promotions, banners, and on-site copywriting.
  • Analyze project and individual website sales and performance to derive actionable insights and improve revenue, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.
  • Develop and maintain on-site SEO strategy and measure SEO performances on an ongoing basis through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Manage Google Analytics tools and tracking initiatives, share findings with the team, and interact with other teams to inform them about product updates and performances.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the Business Development Manager and track marketing campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports, and make recommendations for concurrent and future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Progressive experience in social media marketing at a recognized interactive agency or with a leading retailer or consumer brand.
  • Track record of delivering effective and innovative social media campaigns and social activations.
  • Strong ability and demonstrated success in integrating social media into broader marketing programs.
  • Experience influencing product development cycles to incorporate social strategies and principles.
  • Solid understanding of social media metrics, social listening tools, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed organization across multiple groups and business owners.
  • Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
