Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to inquiries through various channels.
- Assist students with course information, enrollment processes, and payment queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with instructors and internal teams to resolve student issues efficiently.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture them toward enrollment.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management team to enhance services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder or in process
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or front-desk role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
