Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Truck-It. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Fulfillment vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with key supply stakeholders to onboard, train, and register truckers.
  2. Monitor and enhance the performance of supply teams to ensure optimal results.
  3. Manage communication between sales and supply teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  4. Oversee on-site operations, maintaining discipline and compliance with established standards.
  5. Address any crises that may arise to maintain a smooth flow of operations.
  6. Nurture both vendor-side and client-side relationships.
  7. Coordinate receivables and payments with all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Develop strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree from an HEC-approved institute.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in logistics operations.
  3. A can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
