**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Karachi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, and delivering key financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with FBR, PRA, SRB, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
  • Oversee record-keeping, document safekeeping, and ensure organized filing systems.
  • Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers; review and assign their tasks.
  • Resolve billing/payment-related queries efficiently.
  • Generate and analyze ERP-based financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting, mandatory in hospitality or F&B Industry
  • Strong knowledge of tax, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop junior staff.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
