Project Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, review, and analysis of project activities. This includes formation and capacity building of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF) and provision of Emergency Response toolkits to VCAF. Additionally, the candidate will develop a deep understanding of project documents, including construction drawings and specifications, as well as business processes and Disbursement Instruction Papers (DIPs).
The Programme Lead will maintain close coordination with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department at the district level, building synergies with their programmes and seeking support for programme implementation. They will also lead and supervise a field team, ensuring the quality of work in flood-affected districts areas of Mirpur Khas.
The selected candidate will orientate and facilitate project staff about project activities, submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates, and organize, lead, and coordinate project implementation meetings. Furthermore, they will be responsible for the evaluation process, preparing internal and external reports, monitoring budget and cash flows, and providing presentations on the project at an internal and external level.
Main Responsibilities:
