IT Service Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) expert to lead client engagements and provide strategic advice on service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement, assess, and audit ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS).
  2. Design and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
  3. Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
  4. Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
  5. Optimize IT operations, improve service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  6. Provide support for ISO 20000 certification audits.
  7. Select and implement ITSM tools.
  8. Provide training and awareness programs on ITSM best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor.
  3. 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles.
  4. In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
  5. Practical experience in ISO 20000 implementation.
  6. Familiarity with other IT standards/frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  9. Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to ITSM.
  10. Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
