Excellence in quality assurance is crucial for any organization. As a research-quality assurance assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and detailed records of background check results.
The position requires thorough analysis of documents provided by individuals undergoing background checks to ensure completeness and accuracy. This includes cross-referencing information from various sources to verify the authenticity of data collected during background screenings.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while staying updated on relevant laws and industry regulations impacting background screening processes.
This role involves teamwork and collaboration to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. The ideal candidate should have fresh to 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of background check results.
- Document Review: Thoroughly review and analyze documents provided by individuals undergoing background checks.
- Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and authenticity of data collected during background screenings.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure that all background checks adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
