Duties & Responsibilities:
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of background check results, including any discrepancies or issues identified during the quality assurance process.
- Document Review: Thoroughly review and analyze documents provided by individuals undergoing background checks, ensuring completeness and accuracy in alignment with company standards.
- Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and authenticity of data collected during background screenings, cross-referencing information from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure that all background checks adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations impacting background screening processes.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
