About the Role:

  • This role involves managing financial information and scenarios required for strategic planning meetings, budgeting, and actuals in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • The ideal candidate will drive process improvements to simplify and integrate processes, handle accounting policy and procedure inquiries, and provide training to customers and sites.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring customer needs and relationships are fulfilled and enhanced through proactive involvement and interaction.
  • You will also develop and assist in automating processes using innovative technical solutions, support SAP User Access Management, and maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures.
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate with global process owners on the implementation of reporting changes, including submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP, or ERP equivalent.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to drive projects and process improvements, and handle a remote customer base model.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and knowledgeable in identifying risks and implementing controls.
  • An MBA graduate or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a major MNC, or a Graduate of Finance & Accounting with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in a major MNC), or ACCA, CIMA, or CFA with 4 years bachelor's degree in finance & accounting, and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a major MNC is required.
