Job Title: Research Executive

Job Description

As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for executing projects to meet client and supervisor expectations.

The scope of this role includes:

  1. Operational Excellence: Project Management & Client Management
    • Ensure responsibilities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
    • Understand and adhere to research processes and workflows.
    • Support managers in daily project tasks, such as designing and inputting questionnaires.
    • Maintain proactive communication with data processing, data collection, vendors, and other offices to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Ensure timely delivery and thorough checking of materials sent to operations and support teams.
    • Provide proactive updates to managers and clients during the project lifecycle, including status reports and issue highlights.
    • Attend client presentations alongside managers to provide support as needed.
  2. Skillset: Analytical, Report Writing, and Presentation Skills
    • Develop analysis plans and create charting templates.
    • Brief charting and tabulation teams effectively on project requirements.
    • Review data tables and charts to identify errors.
    • Draft reports and commentaries.
  3. Productivity: Compliance and Process Adherence
    • Participate in training and ensure compliance with key initiatives and protocols.
    • Follow proper process protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Plan data runs efficiently to minimize re-runs by data processing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Market Research.
  • A university degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with an interest in storytelling techniques.
  • High client service orientation with understanding of growth and brand strategy.
  • Business acumen and market knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment.
  • Proficient in English communication.
