Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the calendars of the HR management team are maintained accurately, guaranteeing smooth coordination and communication.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, upholding accuracy and adherence to established company policies.
  • Support performance management procedures, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Facilitate orientations and update records of new staff members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Produce and submit comprehensive reports on general HR activity, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Process payroll efficiently and resolve any errors effectively.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews, handling sensitive situations professionally.
