
Strategic Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Drive software and services sales to corporate and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams and middle management.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demos tailored to client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation in collaboration with pre-sales engineers.
- Follow up on technical discussions and guide customers throughout the technical evaluation and procurement process.
- Maintain and update demo repositories and technical sales collateral.
- Manage licensing discussions, with a plus for familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, or IBM licensing.
Proven track record in enterprise software/services sales and account management.
Strong presentation, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Ability to understand customer technical requirements and work with pre-sales teams to deliver solutions.
