About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Order Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our order management processes.

Key responsibilities include creating non-standard and complex quotes, generating order forms, completing sales orders, and overseeing the end-to-end processing of deals.

Your contributions will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and ensuring that our sales orders are processed accurately and on time.

  • Manage the entire Sales Force Quote to Cash cycle
  • Identify and resolve Q2C technical issues
  • Provide guidance on complex deal structures
  • Create and complete quotes efficiently
  • Cancellation of orders as needed
  • Renewals for existing accounts
  • Contract buyout quotes for customers
  • Modify opportunity stages as required
  • Upgrade or downgrade packages as necessary
  • Vendor finance deals for clients
  • Audit accounts regularly
  • Merge accounts efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate in Business Management disciplines, preferably Finance or Accounts
  • Strong business communication skills in English
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Preference for experience working with ERP systems
  • Very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
  • A self-starter with proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations
