Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, driving growth and enhancing our global reputation through performance-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns focused on PPC, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and other channels.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, including Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Analyse marketing data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies and optimize customer journeys.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating innovative practices that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Expertise in analytics and data management tools, including Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under continuous change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
