We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance, information, and advice to clients about our services, promoting satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze and improve customer experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Marketing is required.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and diplomatic skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Creative thinking and motivational skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Experience in trading (shares/commodities) is preferred but not necessary.
