Job Title: Call Center Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team.

  5. Operational Efficiency: Optimize call center operations to meet client expectations while effectively managing resource allocation.
  6. Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and addressing concerns.
  7. Reporting: Generate reports on call center performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Compliance: Ensure the call center operates in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
