We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team.
A bachelor's degree and excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment by guiding and motivating a team of customer service representatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance to ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee consistently high-quality interactions with customers.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, provide coaching and guidance to team members, and facilitate continuous skill development.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize call center operations to meet client expectations while effectively managing resource allocation.
- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and addressing concerns.
- Reporting: Generate reports on call center performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure the call center operates in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
