Key Role in Mobile Ownership

We are looking for a results-driven leader to head our operations and sales efforts in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.

This is a challenging role that requires strategic leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance. As the primary point of contact for the region, you will play a critical role in driving growth, building a high-performing sales force, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement and collection processes.

The City Operations Leadership team will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales, distribution, and operations related to smartphone financing within the city. This includes developing strategies to meet targets, building relationships with local mobile phone retailers, vendors, and other strategic partners, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and lending policies.

You will also be responsible for providing timely reports and insights to senior management on market performance, team productivity, and customer feedback. This information will help us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Build relationships with local mobile phone retailers, vendors, and other strategic partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and lending policies
  • Provide timely reports and insights to senior management
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or territory management (experience in fintech, telecom, or consumer lending is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the Islamabad / Rawalpindi market and its consumer behavior
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
