Job Title: Call Center Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Call Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Forecast volumes of calls and manpower requirements to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Maintain the call distribution system by configuring telephones to distribute calls uniformly among customer service representatives
- Monitor productivity of customer service representatives and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze data to monitor the length of time customers remain on hold and make necessary adjustments to minimize wait times
- Monitor service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
- Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer service requests and complaints
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage subordinates and provide direction, coordination, planning, and assignment of work
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations
