Job Title: Call Center Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Call Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Forecast volumes of calls and manpower requirements to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Maintain the call distribution system by configuring telephones to distribute calls uniformly among customer service representatives
  • Monitor productivity of customer service representatives and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to monitor the length of time customers remain on hold and make necessary adjustments to minimize wait times
  • Monitor service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer service requests and complaints
  • Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage subordinates and provide direction, coordination, planning, and assignment of work
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations
