Job Title: HR Manager

The primary function of the HR Manager is to lead and direct human resource activities at all levels, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse workforce.
  • Collaborates with management to establish and maintain fair and equitable employment practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and providing guidance on HR best practices.
  • Monitors and analyzes employee engagement surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Provides support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including leave policies, benefits, and career development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex HR issues and develop creative solutions.
